A Saturday Morning Trail run around Penshaw monument and the surrounding area. Routes will range from 7 miles upwards at easy to moderade pace with penty of re-grouping. Due to the muddy nature of the trails Trail shoes are a must. Meet at the base of penshaw monument at 9am
