This years Championship details are as follows:
Open from from Sat Jan 7th to Wed 6th Dec
Any OFFICIALLY MEASURED 5k,10k, half or full marathon.

Silksworth Parkrun- (previously was any Parkrun)
South Shields Monthly Mile- (no other mile races will be considered)

Club GYT race – Wed 12th April
Woody’s 5k – Wed 14th June
Club 3k TT – Wed 15th 22nd 29th Nov

6 Awayday races spread throughout the year, both midweek and weekends.
Pie n Peas Trimdon Muddy Roads. 5km Trail Wed 05/04/2023
Hartlepool Marina 5 Miler. Hartlepool Burn Rd Club 5 Miles Road. Sun 30/04/2023
Not taking place in 2023 – George Ogle. Derwent Valley. 5.5 Miles. Trail. Wed 24/05/2023
Raby Races 10K. Teesdale AC 10k road. Sun 28/05/2023 – replaces George Ogle
Angel View. Low Fell Running Club 5.5 Miles. Multi. Thurs 01/06/2023
Jelly Tea. Tynedale Harriers. 10 Miles. Road. Sun 20/08/2023
Serpentine Race. Sedgefield harriers. Approx 10k. Trail. Sun 17/09/2023
Should any of these races not take place other races will be added to replace them.
Minimum of 6 races of the available 15 races must be completed in order to count for the championship.
Divisions will be set at the end of May
