Regroup\, turn around and recover to the garage.Â  Repeat lamp post efforts to Wear Bridge\, regroup and recover to Ashbrooke. \n5.0 mls \n  \nPack C and D â€“ Through town\, over Wear Bridge.Â  From bus stop do lamp post efforts â€“ push to first lamp post\, recover to next\, push to third lamp post\, recover to next etc until garage on RHS.Â  Regroup and continue to Bungalow Cafe.Â  Now push for 2 lamp posts\, recover for 2 along the seafront. Turn right up Sea View Rd West\, then Helvellyn Rd and turn right onto Leechmere Rd. Then down Strawberry Bank.Â  \nPacks C and D warm up route\,Turn right off Q A Road onto Greystoke Ave (at traffic lights)\,and turn right onto Leechmere Rd. Then down Strawberry Bank.Â  \nPack E warm up route Head directly to Strawberry Bank.Â  \n  \nPack A: Â  \nContinue warm up left along Queen Alexandra Road to the bottom of St Nicholas Ave. \n  \nComplete 8 short efforts up St Nicholas Ave as far as Heatherlea Gdns. \nÂ  \nAfter the 8th effort\, continue up to Crosslea Ave\, turn left and continue along to Strawberry Bank. \n  \nRun down to the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Rd. \n  \nComplete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave\, finishing at the corner\, then recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave. \n  \nPack B: \nContinue to warm up left along Queen Alexandra Road to the bottom of Bainbridge Ave. \n  \nComplete 8 short efforts up Bainbridge Ave as far as Hill View Gardens. \n  \nAfter the 8th effort\, continue up to Crosslea Ave\, turn left and continue along to Strawberry Bank. \n  \nRun down to the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Rd \n  \nComplete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave\, finishing at the corner\, then recover back down Strawberry Bank. From the bottom of Strawberry bank run the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road. \n  \nComplete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave\, finishing at the corner and recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave. \n  \nRun back down Bainbridge Holme Road to the junction for Fernsway. \n  \nComplete 8 short efforts between Fernsway and Pemberton Gardens\, jog back down to recover. \n  \nWarm down \nOption for warm down\, back along Crosslea Ave to Silksworth Lane then back to club\, but a lot of folk will just head directly back by the shortest route!
