Temple Park Takeover!

The latest race in our Championship saw a mahoosive turn out for the Temple Park 5k race on Sunday. Out of 101 finishers, over 40 were registered as Strollers. Although a little mix up with numbers, results were amended by Ian and the Championship table updated. First home, in 7th place overall, was John Cook in 16:57. Chris Dwyer was the next Stroller in 17:49 with Ritchie Gerry third Stroller, and 1st V50, in 18:26. Lyne was our first lady in 21:47 withHasina next, running a brilliant PB of 22:31. Well done to all who ran, what a club presence!

Elswhere, Rachel Ball competed in the Dark Peak Ultra 30. This looks like a stunning route and Rachel did brilliantly. She was in podium position – 3rd lady – and 10th overall, finishing in 6:12. Well done girl, great running.
