Strawberry Bank Session

Strawberry Bank

Packs A and B warm up route From Ashbrooke turn right, then left onto Queen Alexandra Road. Turn right up Sea View Rd West, then Helvellyn Rd and turn right onto Leechmere Rd. Then down Strawberry Bank. 

Packs C and D warm up route,Turn right off Q A Road onto Greystoke Ave (at traffic lights),and turn right onto Leechmere Rd. Then down Strawberry Bank. 

Pack E warm up route Head directly to Strawberry Bank. 

 

Pack A:  

Continue warm up left along Queen Alexandra Road to the bottom of St Nicholas Ave.

 

Complete 8 short efforts up St Nicholas Ave as far as Heatherlea Gdns.

 

After the 8th effort, continue up to Crosslea Ave, turn left and continue along to Strawberry Bank.

 

Run down to the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Rd.

 

Complete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave, finishing at the corner, then recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave.

 

Pack B:

Continue to warm up left along Queen Alexandra Road to the bottom of Bainbridge Ave.

 

Complete 8 short efforts up Bainbridge Ave as far as Hill View Gardens.

 

After the 8th effort, continue up to Crosslea Ave, turn left and continue along to Strawberry Bank.

 

Run down to the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Rd

 

Complete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave, finishing at the corner, then recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave.

 

 

Pack C:

Complete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave, finishing at the corner and recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave.

 

Run back down Bainbridge Holme Road to the junction for Fernsway.

 

Complete 8 short efforts between Fernsway and Pemberton Gardens, jog back down to recover.

 

Packs D & E:

D Pack. Run down Strawberry bank to the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Rd

E Pack. From the bottom of Strawberry bank run the bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road.

 

Complete a 15 min continuous loop putting effort in from bottom of Bainbridge Holme Road all the way up and left onto Crosslea Ave, finishing at the corner and recover back down Strawberry Bank. At the end of the 15 mins regroup at the corner of Crosslea Ave.

 

Run back down Bainbridge Holme Road to the junction for Fernsway.

 

Complete 8 short efforts between Fernsway and Pemberton Gardens, jog back down to recover.

 

Warm down

Option for warm down, back along Crosslea Ave to Silksworth Lane then back to club, but a lot of folk will just head directly back by the shortest route!
