Manchester Marathoners!

Manchester was the place to PB yesterday! Sixteen Strollers lined up to pounds the streets for Manchester marathon and the sun shone brightly. Luke McCormack ran a brilliant race, practically breaking into a sprint for the last mile to bag himself a sub 3 time – 2:59:11. Brilliant! Hasina Khanom, running her first marathon, was first Strollete in an amazing 3:34:16 – absolute superstar. Training buddy, Judith Grassam, also ran sub 4 for her first marathon  and achieved our highest category position – way to go girl! In fact a massive well done to the whole lovely sixteen of you – I was proud to be cheering!

Nearer home, Luke Kennedy was placed 23rd in Cragside 10k. Good stuff.
