It’s that time again, our Stroller of the Month for November 2015 is Chris Swales.

A tireless supporter of everyone, regularly working harder than Shep on the Monday night run to herd in the waifs and strays. Those who do Sunderland parkrun will also know that Chris does more trips up and down the finishing bank than almost the entire field.
