Sunderland Strollers AGM and Awards Evening 2020

Notice is given that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Sunderland Strollers Running Club will take place on Wednesday 8^th April starting at 7:15pm in the Ditchburn Room at Ashbrooke Sports Club. 2019 AGM Minutes are available upon request from the Club Secretary.

Please find attached the draft agenda which includes the details of the various roles on the Committee. Any nominations for positions should be submitted to ClubSecretary@SunderlandStrollers.co.uk  by Sunday 29^th March 2020 , please note, all nominations need to be seconded by another Club member.

Any proposals for items, motions to be included under ‘Any Other Business’ should  be submitted by Sunday 22^nd March 2020. Any proposals for items to change or amend the constitution no later than 18^th March 2020.

Upon the conclusion of the AGM there will be food available, the presentations for the 2019/2020 Club Championship will then be made, the bar will be open.
